Start to Finish Event Coordination
 

As the name implies, this package follows you through engagement to honeymoon or from the first whisper of a party idea to the commencement of the grand day.  Give My Regards To is with you every step of the way and will not miss a beat in what can be an extensive and lengthy planning process.  This full service package is appropriate for Weddings, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, Galas and other events that entail vast details and overall planning.  

With this all-inclusive package, you can look forward to Personalized Service and Attention through:

• Style, Concept and Theme consultations

• Venue selection, to include site inspection accompaniment

• Unlimited calls and emails with your personal planner to keep you abreast on the progress and to get you where you need to be

The day of your event, your personal GMRT Event Planner will manage the function so that not a single detail is missed, and most importantly, you are free to relax and enjoy, confident that your vision is realized.

Fees: $5,000

*Additional charges will be incurred for services not previously listed in contract

  

Event Day Management

You’re like us….you love to plan and throw an unbelievable party!  This is the perfect package for the organized client who enjoys planning their own event and yet would like a professional on site to manage and pull together all of the elements as it gets closer to the big day.  Let us review with you all of your vendor contracts and guide you on those last minute special touches. We will also design an itinerary for all the vendors involved so everyone knows where to be and when.  This can also include issuing final payments to vendors. You did the hard part; now let us take over while you enjoy your bash!

Fees: $2,500

*Fees will be determined based on scope of event
**Additional charges will be incurred for services not previously listed in contract

  Hourly/Monthly Consultations

Almost there yet need a professional to get you over the finish line?  If you just need help with a few details, then this is the package for you. We can organize meetings, offer guidance, give vendor recommendations or even just discuss locations. Our experience will save you time, money, and endless research hours. This is great for a client who only has a few issues, or just needs help with ideas. Consultations can include budgeting, venue or vendor selection, décor, transportation, theme and concept, stationery and more.  Recommended for smaller events, as large events require more time.
