Amy Zaroff purchased Give My Regards To in 2004, after careers in television production and marketing as well as owning a restaurant with her husband, David. Amy’s desire to create a store that was driven by high energy, personal connections and the best customer service this side of the Mississippi led her to create a customer base who have helped make her store one of the leading shops in the Twin Cities for invitations, stationery, gifts and event planning.
One of those customers was Kelly Harrington. Much like Amy’s love of paper and parties, Kelly has a true love of monogrammed gifts. Kelly began her custom monogram shop, Serifina, in 2000, in Edina, Minnesota. One afternoon, while purchasing invitations at Give My Regards To for an upcoming party Kelly was having, Amy and Kelly struck up a conversation, and, after realizing they knew more than a handful of people in common, decided they should pursue a deeper conversation about how to join their businesses under one roof.
Enter Carol Steiger - a woman with a flair for business and a passion for project management. Carol and Kelly became partners in the spring of 2007 and since that time, Carol has learned everything there is to know about the world of retail, personalization and gifts. Carol brings a world of business knowledge to the table and together, she and Kelly have created a wonderful joint venture that adds to the eclectic array of products and services Give My Regards To and Serifina have to offer.
The three women have a total of 8 children and stay busy with motherhood, their careers, volunteering and exercising (okay, only Carol really does that!).

Gretchen Berry, Graphic Designer
Born and raised in St. Louis Park and currently residing in Minnetrista, Gretchen has been working at Give My Regards To since 1999. Starting out as a part-time sales associate, Gretchen developed a real love for invitations and continued working at GMRT after college. As an art major, Gretchen had a vision that she could create wonderful and unique invitations for the customer that wanted something truly special. Today, she is designing full-time and doing what she loves.
Kitty Mulcahy, Retail Sales Associate
Since its opening in 2000, Kitty has worked at Serifina with a love for personalization and unique gifts. A lifelong Minnesotan, Kitty spent several years as a National Account Manager at AT&T until 1998. After a few years of travel, she was ready for a new challenge and joined the Serifina team. Kitty says "I have always wanted to work in a place where I loved the merchandise and got to meet a whole new group of people giving gifts for happy occasions. It is a pleasure helping our clients find the perfect selection for every event." Kitty enjoys her friends and loves to travel to the west coast to visit family.
Sue Ruff, Retail Sales Associate
Sue has been with Serifina since 2004. Sue loves to decorate and has been a wonderful asset to the store with her merchandising flair and great taste. Sue was a 25-year employee with Aetna Insurance and took early retirement in 2004. Sue and her husband Bob live in Minneapolis and are the proud parents of three: Bridget, Amy, and Billy. Bridget was married last year, and Sue is happily planning another wedding. Amy will be next! Sue just returned from a trip to Italy that she took with six of her high school friends.
Mary Berry, Administrative Associate
Born and raised in Iowa, Mary has lived in Minnesota for almost 35 years. Before coming to work at GMRT, Mary was a manager in the telecommunications field for more than 30 years. Mary says "with all of the bad things happening in the world today, I enjoy working at GMRT because it is nice to be in an environment that is filled with the celebrations and happy times in people's lives." Mary enjoys reading and spending time with her family and two grandsons.
Greta Andzenge, Webmaster and Inventory Manager
Greta brings a vast knowledge of website management and tourism experience to both GMRT and Serifina. Raised in a small town in central Minnesota, Greta has moved around the world and decided there truly is no place like home. Her hard work and dedication (not to mention the countless hours this beautiful website have taken) have resulted in a website we are all proud of. Greta's life is full with her wonderful husband, family, school and her career.
Tiffany Soderstrom, Retail Sales Associate
Born in Duluth and raised in Florida, Tiffany came to Minneapolis desiring to experience the change of seasons. Having owned a stationery and invitation studio with her sister in Florida, Tiffany says there was only one option for employment when she moved to the Twin Cities and GMRT was the lucky spot! "To me, there is nothing more gratifying than being a part of someone's celebration; from the smallest detail to the final thank you note. The art of the written word is becoming lost in today's world and taking a few moments to write on wonderful paper can mean the world to the recipient."
Lindsay Piram, Event Planner
Lindsay came to GMRT after spending ten years abroad in Europe, followed by time spent in South Beach. Her expertise in planning stylish events that blend refinement and sophistication with fun and whimsy allow her to work with clients planning parties of any size or budget. Lindsay's keen attention to detail paired with her eye for style, make her the perfect partner for planning your next corporate event, wedding, or mitzvah. A graduate of the renowned hospitality program at Purdue University, Lindsay enjoys traveling and her two-year-old son.
Lisa Burch, Retail Sales Associate
Lisa loves turning your special occasion or gift idea into something spectacular! As a Retail Sales Associate for both Give My Regards To and Serifina, her boundless energy and enthusiasm is felt from the moment you meet her. "I have a passion for taking the details from start to finish and turning the client's ideas into a reality." Lisa's prior experience includes working in specialty retail, closet organization, fundraising and volunteering. She lives in Edina with her husband, John, and their four fantastic children.
Leah Day, In-house Printing and Design
Leah moved to the Twin Cities from West Michigan with a degree in Visual Design and a Minor in Art History from Ferris State University. Her love of art and design allowed her the opportunity to bring her passion to the workplace through the creation of greeting cards, invitations and blank stock imprintables for a national design firm. While at GMRT, Leah enjoys creating great design and unique invitation layouts for each client. Leah and her fiance live in Saint Paul, and an October 2008 wedding is planned in the Twin Cities. Wonder where she'll get her invitations?
Carrie Ferry, Retail Sales Associate
Carrie is originally from New York and has also lived in Colorado and California. She has lived in Minnesota for ten years. Carrie is a wife and mother of three sons, aged 21, 19, and 17. She works for both Serifina and Give My Regards To and has several years of experience in the stationery industry.
